How do I request an online consultation or second opinion?

Use the patient request form and briefly describe what you need. For a second opinion, tell us what you would like reviewed. We will review your initial request, help identify an appropriate medical professional and explain the next steps. If medical documents are required, we will provide transfer instructions.

How is the price confirmed?

You will receive a proposal and price before deciding whether to proceed. The medical service fee is set by the independent doctor or healthcare provider. Any MyCzechDoctor coordination fee will be identified separately, where applicable. You may receive two separate prices and, where applicable, two separate invoices. Published fees are available on our Book, Pay & View Pricing page.

For a scheduled consultation using Proton Meet, you can join from your browser through the private link provided after the appointment is confirmed. No app installation or Proton account is required.

How are medical documents transferred?

If medical documentation is needed, MyCzechDoctor or the relevant healthcare provider will tell you which designated transfer method to use. Please wait for these instructions before sending sensitive medical documents, and use the designated secure method where available.

No. MyCzechDoctor is not an emergency medical service. Do not use our forms, Ask Us First or coordination services for a medical emergency. If you or another person needs immediate medical attention, contact the emergency services in your current location immediately.

How can a doctor or healthcare organisation collaborate?

Please contact us with a brief introduction, your specialty or area of activity, your location and the type of collaboration you are interested in. We will review your enquiry and discuss possible next steps. Any collaboration is subject to mutual agreement; sending an enquiry does not guarantee referrals or participation.

How does an International Medical Hub listing work?

Submit your listing through Post a Listing. The listing fee is 95 EUR or 110 USD for 12 months, and an approved listing remains published for that period. Where appropriate, we also help connect advertisers with relevant people and organisations. Anonymous listings are available where appropriate. MyCzechDoctor does not charge a recruitment commission. Publication and matching support do not guarantee a response, a partner or a successful outcome.
